• find your cause,
• create your vision
• begin to connect with the teams you are leading

Part 2 | 8–9am & 1–2pm GMT, 20–24 March 2023
Understand the big picture – next you’ll learn how to align projects to the broader school strategy by:

• refining your ideas and initiative
• defining objectives and key results
• recruiting for an idea
• building momentum through agile methodologies

SPRINT 3: Learn what it takes to influence the system and grow your ideas to some scale

Day 11: Act Collaboratively: how to work together and enjoy it
Day 12: Generate Trust
Day 13: Build Relationships
Day 14: Negotiation and Hard Conversations
Day 15: When the going gets tough...
Final AAIE Conversation:
Day 16: Reach your Growth Edge

The course culminates in a celebration of the work you and your teams have done over the preceding weeks and an invitation to continue pushing your leadership development at your own ‘growth edge’.
