If you don’t feel you have the time, then you and your team definitely need to take out this time.

This program isn’t going to appear on any school budget line or timetable… but knowing how to make relationships work underpins every initiative on your plan. If you don’t have time, you need to do this to give yourself more time for the stuff that matters. You’ll be more effective, your team will be more effective and able to carry the load.

Mastering communication is the first step in freeing up your time to be more effective. 

We’ve done this work with some of the most successful schools and leaders in the world. Their starting point was pretty incredible. But the best communicators, leaders and teammates aspire to get even better, every day. And you getting 1% better at nurturing your relationships will lead to far greater success than that with the rest of your team. 

Put on your own oxygen mask before helping children. How can the adults in a school focus on wellbeing, developing new but sustainable programs in support for learning, or on equity or diversity, when they have so few frameworks for their own relationships? We’ll give you frameworks and support primarily for you, alone, but every one of these strategies can be put into action with students in school, too. 

I’m not the one with the problem - how does this help the rest of my team? You might be walking the talk already without really knowing how. This program will help you identify each element of your own, existing process, so that you can consistently perform in the way you do on your best days. And then you can teach your teammates the same process and tools so that they can model your methods more effectively. We normally do our professional learning in one go at the start of the year. Can this work online?

Let’s be honest: leadership and training retreats of a weekend or less never delivered a full strategy, and certainly didn’t get it working quickly, on the ground. By working online, in an intensive burst, you’ll see a greater impact than if you were to go it alone after just a day or two of inservice training.

After each intensive series of live sessions, you choose the areas you're going to develop in practice right at that moment. You'll become an expert in some areas - your cohort teammates will become experts in others. 

It really isn’t. We’re going to teach you a PROCESS all about influence, teaming, and making an impact with that team, together. It’s packed with concrete strategies you can keep coming back to because they help you move your goals from dreams into reality at your school.
